The covered area to pull up and check in was ample for several cars to be under at one time. Even though she knew it was a slim chance of finding it, SECURITY did not even try. A $250 phone might not mean much to most folks. The security there needs to come out from their little hideouts and truly do the job they were hired to do. So… Although the casino is a thumbs up for us. After 2 long hours of all but begging them she was so upset that nobody wanted to do their jobs, She gave up and we drove home. They acted like it was too much a bother to call surveillance to track her movements to try and see what happened to her phone. But other than a Spanish security guy who seemed like he wanted to help, The rest of the ones in security did not even try to truly help to try and find her phone. THEN she lost her phone inside the casino. My daughter was so upset she almost didn’t go back in to play after taking our bags back to the car. We had cash in hand for the deposit BUT they would not accept cash. My daughter was not told she needed to put down a deposit and neither of our cards would work to secure the deposit. When we got there we could not check in EVEN THOUGH THE ROOM WAS A COMP ROOM. My daughter decided to book a room as we have been doing the 2 hour drive back and forth. My daughter and I have been to this casino for 6 straight weekends.
